Kylie Goedken Kirman

Kylie Goedken is the Studio and Artistic Director at Xtreme Dance, where she combines her passion for dance with a deep love for teaching and mentoring young performers. She began dancing at the age of 3 and quickly found her place on the competitive stage, developing a strong work ethic and a creative spirit that still fuels her today.

A graduate of Loras College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Kylie has spent years choreographing for Xtreme Dance, earning numerous regional and national awards for her innovative and impactful work. She also serves as the Head Coach of the Iowa Elite All Star Teams, leading them to multiple top finishes at UDA Nationals, including an impressive 2nd in the nation.

Under Kylie’s leadership, Xtreme’s Competition Team has earned Grand National titles and, more importantly, built a studio culture centered on confidence, teamwork, and self-belief. She values the connections made with dancers and their families and takes pride in creating lasting memories both in and out of the studio.

Kylie continues to train and grow as an educator, attending national dance teacher conferences and judging competitions across the country. She is certified in Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) and is always seeking fresh, innovative ways to help her dancers reach new levels of excellence.

In 2023, Kylie married her husband, Jakob. Together, they co-own Xtreme Strength and Sports Performance, a Dubuque-based training facility dedicated to helping athletes and dancers build strength, agility, and confidence. Deeply family-oriented, Kylie can often be found cheering on her husband at the ballpark or supporting her younger siblings at their games and competitions.

Kylie is proud to be part of the family legacy at Xtreme Dance and is excited to help guide its continued growth and success.

Tracy Goedken

Tracy Goedken is the owner and driving force behind Xtreme Dance, a proudly family-owned studio built on passion, commitment, and community. A Loras College graduate and proud mom of four, Tracy brings over 20 years of experience in the dance world, both as a studio owner and a seasoned dance mom.

Since purchasing Xtreme Dance in 2020, Tracy has been dedicated to creating a supportive, high energy space where dancers of all ages can grow, perform, and feel at home. Together with her husband, Marty, and their children—Kylie, Aubrey, Peyton, and Kinsley—the Goedken family is actively involved in every part of the studio. Kylie serves as Studio and Artistic Director, Aubrey is the Mini Company Director, and Kinsley is a dedicated member of the award winning Xtreme Dance Competition Team and the Iowa Elite All Star Team. Tracy also proudly supports her son Peyton on the football field and baseball diamond.

With over 15 years of experience navigating the competitive dance world as a mom, Tracy brings a unique understanding of what dancers and families need to succeed. She and Kylie regularly attend national professional development trainings and conferences to stay inspired and continually grow the studio experience.

Tracy also helps lead a family partnership with her son-in-law, Jakob, through Xtreme Strength and Sports Performance, a complementary business focused on developing strength, agility, and confidence for both dancers and athletes.

Whether she’s in the studio, at competitions, or cheering from the sidelines, Tracy’s warmth, energy, and vision have helped shape Xtreme Dance into more than just a studio. It’s a true family, and a second home for every dancer who walks through the door.

Aubrey Goedken

Aubrey Goedken has been an integral part of Xtreme Dance for over 11 years, growing from a dedicated competitive dancer into one of our most respected head instructors. She began competing at just four years old and quickly made her mark, earning numerous top overall awards, titles, and scholarships from dance conventions across the Midwest.

Aubrey’s extensive background as a dancer has shaped her into a skilled and passionate instructor and choreographer. She plays a key role in the success of our award winning competition teams, creating routines that combine creativity, strong technique, and emotional expression. Her favorite styles, lyrical and contemporary, continue to inspire her choreography and help push her dancers to new levels of artistry and confidence.

In addition to her work at the studio, Aubrey is currently pursuing a pre-med track at Loras College. Balancing her academic goals with her commitment to teaching, she leads by example through her determination, discipline, and love for dance.

Whether she’s teaching in the studio, choreographing for competitions, or supporting her students behind the scenes, Aubrey pours her heart into everything she does. Her dedication to the Xtreme Dance family and her passion for helping dancers grow make her a truly valued part of our team.

Teah Kaiser

Teah Kaiser has been part of the Xtreme Dance family since the age of 11, beginning her journey as a competitive dancer and later transitioning into a valued instructor. Born and raised in Dubuque, Iowa, Teah’s early experiences at Xtreme helped shape both her love for dance and her passion for teaching.

After graduating from Wahlert Catholic High School, Teah attended Loras College, where she continued to teach and mentor young dancers at Xtreme. Her favorite part of teaching has always been building strong relationships with her students and watching them grow in both confidence and character. She brings warmth, energy, and a personal touch to every class, helping dancers thrive both on and off the stage.

In addition to her role at the studio, Teah and her husband, Corey, own WCC Brands, a diverse apparel company. Through their partnership with Xtreme Dance, they provide custom merchandise that celebrates the spirit and style of the studio’s dancers and teams, among many other projects and clients.

Teah is also a proud mom to two young boys, Witten and Landry. Outside the studio, she cherishes time with her family, stays active in the local community, and finds joy in all things creative.

With her deep roots at Xtreme Dance and her unwavering dedication to the dancers and families she works with, Teah continues to make a meaningful impact year after year.

Molly Nystedt

Hello! My name is Molly, and I am thrilled to be a part of the Xtreme Dance community. My journey with dance began at the age of 2, and I started competing when I was just 6 years old. Growing up in Morris, Illinois, I was a proud four-year member of the Morris Varsity Poms team, where I developed my passion for performance and teamwork.

After high school, I attended Marquette University, earning my Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology. During my time at Marquette, I was a member of the university's dance team and was honored to be voted captain in my senior year. Leading my team was an incredible experience that deepened my love for dance and my appreciation for the hard work and dedication it takes to succeed. Additionally, I have been a staff member with UDA (Universal Dance Association) for the past four years, which has allowed me to share my expertise with dancers across the country and continue growing as a teacher and mentor. I am excited to bring my experience and passion for dance to Xtreme, where I will be serving as the studio’s ballet teacher. Ballet has always been a cornerstone of my dance training, and I believe it is essential in building technique, strength, and artistry for dancers of all styles. I look forward to working with the talented dancers at Xtreme and helping them grow both technically and creatively. In addition to teaching at Xtreme, to pursue my Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) at Clarke University. My background in exercise physiology and physical therapy complements my dance expertise, allowing me to help dancers not only improve their performance but also prioritize their physical health and well-being. From the moment I joined Xtreme, I could tell how special this community is. I am so excited to get started, meet everyone, and be a part of the incredible journey these dancers are on. Let’s make this season one to remember!

Morgan Pfohl

Morgan has been immersed in the world of dance for over 14 years, including 12 years as a competitive dancer. A proud alumna of Xtreme Dance’s competition team, Morgan cherishes her time as a dancer and the invaluable experiences that shaped her passion for the art. Now, she has come full circle, bringing her expertise and enthusiasm back to Xtreme as a valued member of the teaching staff. Morgan is currently attending St. Ambrose University, where she is a member of their nationally ranked competitive dance team. Balancing her role as a collegiate dancer and an instructor at Xtreme, Morgan continues to push herself both artistically and academically, serving as an inspiring role model for her students. Her collegiate experience has further refined her skills and deepened her understanding of the hard work and dedication it takes to succeed at a high level in dance. As a teacher at Xtreme, Morgan is passionate about helping dancers achieve their goals, whether on the competition stage or in the studio. Her favorite part of teaching is witnessing her students grow in confidence and skill, and she takes great pride in being a part of their dance journey. She also loves the close-knit and welcoming atmosphere at Xtreme Dance, which she believes makes the studio feel like a second family. Morgan is excited to continue her involvement with Xtreme, sharing her knowledge and experience to help the next generation of dancers thrive. Whether choreographing routines, teaching technique, or encouraging her students, Morgan is dedicated to fostering a positive and supportive environment for all dancers at Xtreme Dance.

Keira Milam

Keira’s journey in the dance world is a testament to her passion, dedication, and exceptional talent. At just 20 years old, she has already established herself as an accomplished dance educator and award-winning choreographer. With years of experience and an innovative approach to choreography, Keira brings artistry, technical expertise, and creativity to every class she teaches, making her a standout presence in the dance community. Keira began her dance career at the young age of 8, stepping into the competitive world and quickly making her mark. By 11, she was already assisting classes at a Cedar Rapids studio, showcasing a natural talent for teaching and an eagerness to share her knowledge with others. Over the years, Keira has honed her skills across all dance genres, becoming a versatile and well-rounded instructor who can inspire dancers of all ages and levels. Beyond her talents as a dancer and educator, Keira is also a true entrepreneur. At just 17 years old, she launched her own dance costume business, combining her artistic vision with her business acumen. This venture highlights her drive, creativity, and ability to turn her passion into a successful enterprise—qualities that resonate in every aspect of her work. Keira’s choreography has earned recognition and awards, a testament to her ability to craft routines that are not only technically strong but also captivating and emotionally resonant. Her commitment to helping dancers grow and her genuine passion for the art form make her an invaluable asset to the Xtreme Dance family. When asked about joining the Xtreme team, Keira’s enthusiasm shines through: “I’m so excited to start with Xtreme and share my passion with all of the dancers!” With her wealth of experience, innovative vision, and dedication to inspiring the next generation of dancers, Keira is poised to make a lasting impact at Xtreme Dance. The studio and its dancers are lucky to have her, and we can’t wait to see all that she will bring to our community.

Victoria Freiburger

Victoria is a talented dancer and instructor. Her love of dance started at the age of four and she has been involved in the dance industry ever since. Tori has spent her week days and weekends dedicating her life to dance. Tori was also a member of her high school dance team, during that time her team won 5 state titles and one national title in Florida. After high school, Tori continued to pursue her passion for dance by instructing young dancers. Tori is extremely excited to help kids learn and develop their passion for dance.

Sammie Mai

My name is Sammie Mai, and I have been immersed in the world of dance since I was 3 years old. Dance has always been a central part of my life, and over the years, I have developed a deep passion for lyrical and contemporary styles. Throughout my dance journey, I have been honored to receive numerous judges’ choice awards, scholarships, and overall recognitions at various competitions. These achievements have fueled my love for dance and my desire to continuously grow as both a dancer and an instructor. One of my favorite aspects of being part of Xtreme Dance is the incredible sense of community. Xtreme is truly a second family to me, and I am so grateful to be surrounded by such supportive and talented individuals. As a teacher, I find immense joy in sharing my passion for dance with others. Watching dancers grow, both in their technical abilities and confidence, is incredibly rewarding. I strive to inspire my students, just as my mentors have inspired me, and to create a positive and nurturing environment where they can thrive.

I am so excited to continue my journey with Xtreme Dance and to contribute to this amazing community that has given me so much.

Jakob Kirman

Jakob Kirman is the Performance and Strength Coach at Xtreme Dance and the owner of Xtreme Strength and Sports Performance in Dubuque. With a Bachelor’s degree in Sport Management and Business from Clarke University, Jakob has dedicated his career to helping athletes reach their full potential through tailored performance training and strength development. At Xtreme Dance, Jakob focuses on preparing dancers for the physical demands of their craft, enhancing their strength, endurance, and injury prevention. As the owner of Xtreme Strength and Sports Performance, Jakob has expanded his reach in the athletic community, working with athletes across various sports to optimize their performance. His experience includes serving as the Head Performance Coach for multiple collegiate teams, where he honed his expertise in designing individualized training programs that yield measurable results. Jakob’s passion for athletic development and his commitment to excellence make him a sought-after coach in the region.

Jakob is married to Kylie, the studio director at Xtreme Dance, and together, they share a passion for empowering dancers and athletes alike. Their shared vision for excellence extends across both their businesses, creating a collaborative environment where dancers are supported in every aspect of their growth. Jakob takes great pride in being part of the Xtreme Dance family and is dedicated to helping each dancer build the strength and confidence they need to excel on and off the stage. His innovative training techniques and genuine enthusiasm for his work make him an integral part of the studio’s success.

Aleeyah Steines

Aleeyah has been dancing since the age of 3 and competing since she was 5. Over the years, she has developed a strong passion for dance, with a particular focus on jazz and contemporary styles. Throughout her dance journey, Aleeyah has not only cultivated her technical skills but has also built lasting friendships that she values deeply.

One of Aleeyah’s favorite aspects of being part of the Xtreme Dance community is the close-knit relationships she has formed with fellow dancers and instructors. The support and camaraderie within the studio have played a significant role in her growth both as a dancer and as a person. This year, Aleeyah is excited to take on the role of instructor and share her passion for dance with others. She looks forward to inspiring and guiding students as they develop their skills and grow within the supportive and encouraging environment that Xtreme Dance provides.

Maria has been dancing since the age of 3 and has developed a deep passion for the art form over the years. Her favorite thing about Xtreme Dance is the strong sense of community and support that exists within the studio. To Maria, Xtreme Dance is not just a place to learn and grow—it's truly a family where everyone is encouraged to succeed and lift each other up.

Currently attending Clarke University, Maria is excited to balance her academic pursuits with her love for teaching dance. She is eager to share her passion, knowledge, and enthusiasm with the dancers at Xtreme, and is especially looking forward to working with the talented and sweet dancers she holds so dear. Maria is beyond excited to continue her journey with Xtreme Dance, supporting and inspiring the next generation of dancers while being part of a community that feels like home.

Callie Schauer

Callie Schauer has been an integral part of the Xtreme Dance community for the past 10 years. Throughout her time with the studio, Callie’s family has also become deeply involved, with her daughters competing as part of the Xtreme Dance Team for the past 8 years. Her dedication to fostering a supportive environment for both her own children and the dance community speaks to her passion for Xtreme Dance and the growth of the dancers within it. Callie and her husband, Bobby, are proud parents to five children: Faith, Eddie, Isabelle, Wyatt, and Blake. Outside of her commitments to the studio, Callie is the proud owner of Sleek Snippins Salon, where she brings her creativity and attention to detail into the world of hair care. When she's not working, Callie enjoys horseback riding and cherishing quality time with family and friends, embracing a well-rounded lifestyle. Her involvement in Xtreme Dance and her dedication to her family and business reflect her strong work ethic, enthusiasm, and love for the community she’s helped build.

Maggie Schreiber

Maggie Schreiber is an integral member of the Xtreme Dance community, bringing both passion and dedication to everything she does. With years of experience in dance, Maggie’s commitment to the art form is evident in her teaching and the positive influence she has on her students. Her deep understanding of dance technique and her ability to connect with dancers of all ages make her a valued instructor at Xtreme Dance. Maggie is also an accomplished dancer, currently performing on the National Championship team at St. Ambrose University. This prestigious accomplishment highlights her exceptional skill and competitive drive, which she brings into her teaching. As a dancer with St. Ambrose, Maggie continues to refine her craft while staying on the cutting edge of dance trends and techniques, which she shares with her students at Xtreme Dance.

Known for her energy, enthusiasm, and ability to inspire, Maggie helps students push their limits while maintaining a fun and supportive environment. She is dedicated to not only developing technical skills but also boosting students' confidence and fostering a genuine love for dance. As a proud member of the Xtreme Dance family, Maggie is excited to continue contributing to the studio’s mission of providing a positive, empowering, and community-focused space for dancers to grow both technically and personally.

Tamra Faubel is a passionate and dedicated member of the Xtreme Dance team, known for her strong work ethic and enthusiasm in the classroom. Currently attending the University of Northern Iowa, Tamra is pursuing her academic goals while continuing to make an impact as a dancer and instructor at Xtreme Dance. With a deep love for dance and a commitment to both her studies and her teaching, Tamra brings a balanced perspective to her work. Her vibrant energy and positive attitude create a fun, welcoming environment for students to thrive, while her technical knowledge helps them develop their skills to their full potential. Tamra is especially passionate about helping dancers build confidence, encouraging them to not only excel in dance but also in all aspects of their lives. At UNI, Tamra is furthering her knowledge in the field of dance and is excited to share what she’s learning with the dancers at Xtreme. Her commitment to education and her love for the dance community shine through in every class she teaches. Tamra is proud to be part of the Xtreme Dance family and looks forward to continuing to inspire, motivate, and support the next generation of dancers in their growth and success.

Tiny/Mini Strength Performance Instructor

Peyton Goedken

Peyton Goedken is an integral part of the Xtreme Dance team, serving as the Tiny/Mini Strength Coach and offering invaluable support to dancers of all ages. As the son of Tracy Goedken, the owner of Xtreme Dance, Peyton has been surrounded by the dance world from a young age. His passion for fitness and strength training led him to work alongside Jakob Kirman, owner of Xtreme Strength and Sports Performance (XSP), where Peyton has gained experience and expertise in coaching strength training techniques tailored to dancers' needs. Peyton's unique position allows him to bridge the gap between dance and fitness, helping younger dancers develop the strength and discipline they need to thrive in their craft. His positive attitude, strong work ethic, and genuine care for others make him a beloved figure within the Xtreme Dance community. Peyton's contributions to the studio, whether working with dancers during strength sessions or providing mentorship, ensure that dancers are set up for success both in the studio and in their overall athletic development. Peyton is excited to continue growing in his role, and he is committed to helping young dancers reach their full potential by incorporating strength training into their routines.
