Xtreme Dance is a premier dance studio with locations in Dubuque and Cascade, Iowa. As our Xtreme Dance family continues to grow, we’re proud to share our passion for dance with students and families throughout the region.
When we say "premier dance studio," we’re using a term that signals high quality, strong reputation, and leadership in the field. Our studio will continue to be the best and most respected in the area. With exceptional instruction from highly trained staff, strong performance and competition results, positive culture and professional operations, a loyal and growing student base, and well-equipped facilities, we continue to provide the best training to our students.
Xtreme Dance offers a wide range of classes for children ages 12 months to 18 years, from Mommy & Me programs to our elite-level XD-Pro Competition Teams. No matter your child’s age or experience level, we have a class designed to inspire, challenge, and support them.
Xtreme Dance is also the proud home of the Iowa Elite All-Stars and Little Cougar Poms.
Our mission is to empower youth through the art of dance by building character, encouraging kindness, and developing self-confidence, all while providing the highest quality dance education in a positive, supportive environment.
Xtreme Dance offers dance classes in ballet, jazz, lyrical, hip hop, tumbling, strength and conditioning, flexibility, and more beginning at 24 months.

Our Xtreme Team is a nationally recognized, award-winning competition team made up of dedicated and passionate dancers. We hold annual auditions each May and June and are always excited to welcome new talent. If your dancer is ready to take their skills to the next level in a high-energy, team-focused environment, we’d love to have them audition for Xtreme!
